Board members are expected to be active and engaged participants in the organization. Please confirm your acceptance of the following expectations:(Required)

I understand that Board members are elected for a term of two (2) years. There is no limit on the number of terms that a Director may be eligible to serve.

I will make Red Tent Fund’s monthly board meetings a priority in my schedule.

I will make every effort to participate in the Red Tent Fund’s annual Board retreat (location varies, so will include travel).

I will represent the Red Tent Fund at programming and events to help raise the profile of the organization.

I will leverage my network to support the Red Tent Fund’s fundraising.

I understand Red Tent Fund expects 100% Board participation in annual giving, at a level meaningful to me, and I commit to this.

I will comply with the security guidelines provided by staff and Board to keep Red Tent Fund’s staff, clinic partners, and clients as safe as possible. This includes use of a password manager and VPN, as needed, for all Red Tent Fund work, as well as any other guidelines provided.
